The Tracy learning Center consists of three charter schools: Primary Charter for grades K to 4; Discovery Charter School for grades 5 to 8; and Millennium High School for grades 9 to 12.
Charter School Complaint Notice and Form

The Governing Board of The TLC is committed to compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations governing educational programs. Most issues are best handled informally, and the Board encourages the early resolution of complaints at the site level whenever possible.
