Academic updates

Hello! If you have a student in DCS or MHS you should be familiar with checking grades on Aeries. It is important to follow your student(s) academic progress throughout the year to help partner with us in ensuring success. There are staff members available to help you if you need assistance logging into Aeries, so please do not hesitate to reach out!

PCS students do not receive traditional letter grades, so instead of regularly checking Aeries, PCS parents should review red and green folders weekly.

Extracurricular activities

Our TLC Ballet Folklorico dancers and the MHS marching band participated in Tracy's Mexican Independence Day parade last month. They represented the Tracy Learning Center with pride!

Health and safety updates

Last week students in grades K, 2, 5, 8 and 10 participated in vision and hearing screening, as required by the state of California. Reports will be sent home ONLY to those students who failed a test and are recommended for follow-up testing. For students who were absent, a make-up test will be scheduled.

Community events and involvement

Our campus has been bustling with homecoming activities all week! There has been float-building, homecoming court nominations and voting, pep rallies, powder puff games, and it all culminates with the parade on Friday along with the football game. Hope to see you at both events !
